Art and Axia is founded by Barcelona native, Marc Sancho, who coined the term PAMAIA (Private Art Manager Art Investment Adviser) to encapsulate the entirety of his role.
Currently based in Melbourne, Australia, Marc Sancho brings over 20 years of international art-world experience, a deep knowledge of Passion assets specializing in Fine Art (from Old Masters to Contemporary Art. Predominantly European & English). Marc’s art and art investment expertise has been developed by working for auction houses, family offices, galleries, dealers, and high net worth individuals across three continents - building widespread networks by living and working in Paris, Madrid, Barcelona, London, Libreville and Melbourne.
Marc navigates the art world with ease, working across the entire spectrum of the global art market. He is a highly skilled valuer, applying due diligence to minimise/mitigate any investment risk. His passion and enthusiasm for art has been described as ‘infectious’ and his well-developed capability in art collection/portfolio management, project management and business analysis continuously deliver the desired outcomes and successful solutions for his clients.
